I have another month left on my sub so this is not a fire-sale, I will not accept lowball buyouts.
-Avatar avalible for customization
-Full 5.376 million unallocated skillpoints (full learning skill prior to the refund)
-No kill right
-Positive Wallet
-Has only been in one non-npc corp
-Located in Jita 4-4
-Full set of +4 implants
Trained skills aside from unallocated are all core: Engineering, Electronics, Cybernetics all at V, Mechanic V in a few days, and will continue training in this fashion until the character is sold.
All CCP rules apply. I will be in NPC corp as of tomorrow, will pay the transfer, etc. etc.
This auction has no set end date, but I am motivated to sell if my hidden reserve is met and will consider serious buyout offers.
If my reserve is not met in a week I will take the character off the market for another month and re-list it at a higher market value accordingly.
Starting bid: 1.5bil
Reserve: Hidden
Buyout: You name it.

3.3 wasn't a buyout and I made it perfectly clear in the OP that this was not a firesale. It's been less than one day since the beginning of the auction, I made it known the character would be up for sale ONE WEEK from the day I posted it.
If my reserve is met by bid I will be sold at the end of that time-frame. If a buyout is accepted, sale will, occur immidiately. If I do not feel the reserve was met, character will go off the market for a few weeks and be re-listed for sale then.
