I purchased some Time Codes last week at evetimecode.com and paid by PayPal. Never had any problems in the past years. Money has been transfered but codes are not delivered. Once I had a little response from support but until today they are ignoring my emails and no GTCs are delivered. Unfortunately there is no protection for these "virtual goods" by PayPal! Anybody here with similar problems? Is evetimecode.com maybe bankrupt? |

Am having the same problem now. No response or anything. Did your problem get resolved or did you just lose your money?

I seem to recall seeing quite a few threads like this about that site, IIRC they've got a bit of a reputation for being slow on delivery. |

"Our current average wait time is 30 minutes. The maximum time any order has waited in the last 30 days is 2.5 hours" ...I'v been waiting like 6 hours to get a response now. This site is a joke!

I've used that site for GTC's for all my accounts for a number of years. I have always received the codes within about a minute.
So, from that experience, they are not a scam and have been pretty reliable for me.
I used them last week and everything was fine.

I am so very sorry to hear that Hauler Luis had troubles with EveTimeCode.com in March of 2011. In early March, EveTimeCode.com got a whole new system. I purchased a new back-end and got a new support staff. Even today, I am ironing out the kinks from this change. but I promise you, each and every customer is very important to me and I want you to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I am on the pacific time zone and I do typically sleep 9pm-5am so if you do contact me during those hours there will be a delay.

Eh, don't sweat it. :) Never had a problem with you guys; and I know CCP wouldn't just make you an authorized dealer if you had some sort of scam running.
And come to think of it, last time I ordered at evetimecode.com (which was a few weeks ago), Outlook had decided evetimecode.com was a spammer now, so the mail with my code wound up in Outlook's Junk mail. I say it's a fair bet this -- or something very similar -- happened to the OP as well, either on his home computer or at the server of his provider. --

I have no troubles, then again I purchase GTC via the account management page direct from CCP and it still takes a mandatory hour to process, but thats all it takes
