its not a spam, its a request to move the initial thread back to this forum so i can abide by their rules while trying to set up a player driven event. since there is no way to contact an actual individual at CCP to do this i am using the only avenue available.

quite possibly yes. i didnt see that forum. thank you. however it doesnt belong buried in the test server forum.
