Auction rules:
Minimum bid and reserve: 50 millions

Location: The item will be escrowed to winner in Yulai
Some notes: The implant itself is very useful, I think. The catch is the steep skill requirement to use it. For some it might be an option to train it up to be able to use other high end implants as well as this, though. 50 millions is not a steep minimum at all for this item as it is, in my opinion. I think the skill requirement is a far more serious limiter on the demand. Oh, how I wish the req. was lower, as this would have been plugged in already.
