There are too many griefers joining corps and killing defenseless new members or Industrial members.
My idea is to make Sanctioned PVP a Corp Right an option for corp leadership to toggle.
Only members toggled on may fight each other.
(These examples assume that the events occur in .5 sec or higher)
IE: Newbie A wants to fight Expert B and both are given PVP Sanction to fight without concord intervention by the CEO. This will act as it currently does.
IE2: Newbie A wants nothing of the sort and Griefer C now has PVP Sanction as well. Newbie A drops corp rights and is safe as long as he is in High-sec space.
IE3: Griefer C has not recieve PvP sanction and attacks Newbie A and Expert B immediately after their practice session. Griefer C gets his hull handed to him by Concord.
Further tweaking is expected... but just because you are in a corp should not give free license to pop any ship you like, then proceed to cloak and hide among the systems making guerrilla attacks on anybody you can hunt down on an alt with an agent. Concord was put in place to balance the game, and this is an exploit using in game mechanics to grief to your hearts content without fear of retribution.
TLDR; My corp mate got ****d and we want to protect our noobs, but cant kick the bastard or stop him from popping anybody else.

Seems you can kick him when he's not online. Or just file a petition. Linkage
Edit: Corp theft and backstabbing is part of the game. Do better background checks when recruitung and be paranoid.

The GMs denied our petition and he never logs out, even going so far as to race our CEO and Director back onto the server after downtime.
