Hi all
I'm a perfect starting toon for anyone who wants to start a completely new char from a blank slate. I've got absolutely minimal skills for anything, so all the roads are open for you.

That's a very valid question, sir, and it applies to all sales here. You can always get a character "free" by making a new one, so why would you ever pay for a character?
The answer is that you cannot get this particular character "for free by logging in to Eve". |
