I've been using a Harby to do some high sec and low sec exploration scombat sites. I was wondering what other Amarr ships people are using. I'm particularly looking for passive tanks so that i'll be able to handle some of the sites that neut you dry seconds after warp in. It should also be able to do M-Monestary DED 4 site.

There aren't any viable passive tank amarr ships especially against Blood raiders.
I guess if you really need a passive shield tanked ship for Blood raiders it would only be the broadsword(mini HIC)

I always soloed the Class 4 DED site in my PVE Pilgrim. It takes awhile but its relatively risk free.
Use an aggro gun to get the cruisers to attack you. Stay 40km from the batteries. fly around the site, killing off the cruisers one by one.
Use drones to take out stasis towers and then the batteries. When only 3 are left, you can easily blow up the sanctum, cloak, go to the can and warp out.

Truly passive shield tanks are a pain, given that the passive hardeners mostly are terrible. Most people consider their invuln fields 'passive' because the cap drain is minor compared to having a shield booster running, but those will still leave you up the creek if your cap is brought all the way to 0. In order to pull off a respectable truly-passive shield tank, you'd need a hull with shield resist bonuses, none of which are Amarr.

Class 4 DED sites i can do in my harby, but sometimes there are sites like minor blood anex or w/e its called where you get neuted and insta-drained.
