alright so i wanna know if it's legal to gain ISK through debt. why do i ask? some guy , name excluded, wants 5 bil ISK in return for full control over my own corp.
y am i complaining? he took advantage of me beiung grounded and twisted the corp into something i never wanted it to be. when i got CEO status back, he kept trying to get CEO through votes and bribed members to get vpotes in his favor.
now he's wanting 5 bil from me b4 he is willing to give this up willingly and let me have full control again over my own corp.
so, is that a legal way to gain ISK?

what i'm asking is this: is useing a debt to gain ISK a legal method of gain?

I took the time to look you up ingame. You are still the CEO so in theory the corp is still yours. Sadly there is no way for you to kick him out of the corp unless you can create more shares and that way get the majorety of the votes. This will not work if he currently has over 50% of the shares tho.
We actually have a similar problem atm exept that the person in question has been inactive for a year and we still havent gotten around to petition it and see if CCP is willing to just remove him from the corp for us.In your case i doubt CCP will be able to do anything tho since he is an active player.
Now to answear your question. What he is doing is (as far as i know) not against the eula. Neither the bribing people to get votes,or attempt to get ISK from you (and you can be rather sure that even if you pay,he wont leave the corp).
So this is your options. Your character is only 4 months old,and your corp is less then a month old.Leave the corp, and start a new corp,or join a new corp. If this is your main i would highly advice you to join a new corp, and settle on being a member for a year or two until you have the needed exsperiense to be capable of running a corp. Please note this is not ment to offend you,but a young, inexsperiensed player will run into issues trying to be a CEO in eve.
To back this up i will also have to point out the fact that if you had to go inactive due to being grounded, your most likely younger in real life as well. You simply wont have the time, structure, and patience to keep up with your job in eve (yes running a corp is like a second job),and still keep up with your homework/school.
Again none of this is ment to offend you,but mayby its for the best and you can get a new start and actually enjoy the game without sacrefising real life for it.
(sorry for spelling mistakes/bad grammar, not native english )
Regards,and best of luck.

do this: shoot him and then leave the corp.

What makes you think he'll give you control back if you give him the 5 bil ISK ? Also, yes, extortion is a perfectly legitimate way to earn ISK in EVE.
P.S. What do you mean by "debt" ? _

You do know that while you're in corp with someone you can kill them all you want without CONCORD?
Also this story sounds very one sided. There are 6 people in your corp, you gave away your controlling interest, and now for some reason enough of the other guys are ****ed at you enough to vote you out of CEO. Think really hard about what you did to **** everyone off. Would be interesting to hear what your corp mates have to say.

Then why do you even feel you have the right to call it your corp? If you put any assets in, ask for them back, and leave gracefully. Sounds like you must have done something when you came back for them to want you gone. There are things you could do to maintain control over a usurper, but it sounds like you ARE the usurper.

All i would've liked was MY corp. back in my control the way it should be. is that rly such an issue? cause if it is then i'm sry but i put lots of ISK into that corp. most of which came from when i sold a game time code that i had 2 pay money out of my own pocket for, and i don't want it 2 all gol 2 waste w/o a little bit a fight.
