That doesn't make any sense.
Black&Bottom-WideScreen was removed quite some time ago.
Sounds like he's using OCR, there.
OCR can be countered by hardware overlays
which are pretty hard to re-counter, dare i say impossible.
There's one program i found via google that can
take screenshots from overlays, but not even successfully.

Well ... some seek a solution. Great.
There's not much we as players can do towards a solution.
All the talking and ideas are nice, but in the end ... most are pointless.
Raising attention is good, but only works for so much.
There's only one thing we, as players, can do to deal with this.
We need to hunt, and kill, the bots.
(all the morons who say "quit the game" ... please. GTFO, thx)
How about ppl stopped talking about theoretical (useless) stuff
and start making some action instead ?
We need to get together to deal with this.
It's our universe.
We make the game.
There's a problem in the game ?
Well ... lets start doing something about it ?
(sorry for switching topic a bit, but this is the best place to start ^^)

It's extremely easy to capture overlays(video/dd and ogl/d3d), in fact it makes OCR far easier and far easier on resources if you do it cleverly.
Overlays are also extremely horrible, prone to instability and hardware vendor breakage(sup nvidia, how's my VMR7 overlay?) and would be the worst possible choice to make for maaaaaany reasons.
