There are several blueprints I use that make me a lot of ISK. They're making me money because I don't go around on forums/chats and brag about it.

So instead we just have to look you up in EVE and check your contract history?

Alright I'll bite...
None of the truely profitable blueprints will ever be told, nor will their sell locations be revealed. Each trader / manufacturer are extremely jealous of their secrets. That being said....
If you're looking to get into production, first train Production Effeciency to V as soon as humanly possible. Until then, you're not going to see returns, and often see losses, on just about anything you make.
However, if your skills are low, and you want to start producing anyway, you can make a decent return on small ammo, go buy some emp/fusion s BPO's and start manufacturing them. The heavy missiles comment above isn't a bad idea either. Fly safe and good luck on building!

Not sure what you mean by "making bpos". Do you mean manufacturing off of BPOS or researching BPOS to sell the finished bpo?
If the first, what the guy said below you HAVE to have Production Efficiency V.
If the second, "sort of" not really.
In order to do research in any sort of useful form you either have to has a PoS with research slots (about 300m in fuel and a high initial set up). Or go to Lowsec/50 jumps away to even find a research slot and then they will will likely be scattered.
As far as researching BPOS themselves and making copies of the BPCS to sell, or selling the BPOS directly I've found (shockingly!/sarcasm) that the more profitable the BPO is to research and sell (via copy or selling the BPO itself), the more likely that it would be more profitable (with production efficiency V) to just make the damn thing yourself and sell it.
Researching BPOS is considered "passive" income, as in doesn't take much effort to do once you get set up. The only problem is, in order to find the best item to research to sell and doing research on its history on the market takes a lot of time to get the best returns. Which if you don't know how to do that efficiently, will take a lot more time for a lot less yield vs just running missions.
You also have to adjust accordingly as other people might find your niche and fill it it driving it down it profits.
Generally, when I see someone asking "what is the most profitable XXX to do." then chances are they shouldn't be in that field and are better off going and spending their time doing something else.
When people come in and start with, "so I did this to determine this is profitable up to this amount for this price, yet I feel like that there is more profit to be made. Also it took a lot of time to do this, any tips/pointers of how to research more efficently?"
Those people generally get more help/responses and can do well in the field.
TL;DR if you expect someone else to do the work for you, you aren't going to succeed(usually).
If you seek help in learning how to do the work, you have the potential to go far.

Hulkageddon does kill off alot of these ships, so they're always in demand...EG their bp is always in demand.
But i'm not a market guru, nor am i a manafacturing nerd, so thats just my oponion....dont trust it ;)

First rule of math is garbage in = garbage out.
If you have a return with a high percent but low price tag, its garbage.
A 5% return of 50 mil over one run is way better than a 50% return of 50 mil over 100 runs.

I'd consider researching drake BPOs. I've seen ME30 PE0 Drake BPOs sell for ~500mil, so you're doubling your money in roughly 2 months.

I made a fortune by building all 4 sorts of Fighters back in 2007 to 2008, build cost around 10mil a pop, sold for 18 - 24mil a pop in Rens. Builded around 40 every 2 days.
That will not help you as its now 2011 but it shows there are opportunitys out there, just search for them.
