So when were you planning on announcing the new forums will be launched today? It is a pretty big change, it's only decent to inform your users of it in advance. And if they somehow aren't ready today, will they be ready tomorrow, or the day after? Considering the state they were in during the second test, I'd guess so little time won't make that much difference.
