I have been playing about with this for a few hours now and it seen nice and simple until i got to setup a sell order for my corp when.
When people started buying from the sell order the isk were going into my account not my corps, first question is this normal for the profits to be moved into my account and not my corps, second would be once the sell order runs out/finishes are the profits from it moved into the corp account or left to hang in my personal account?

You have to click 'Use corp account' when you setup your order. If that option isnt visible you dont have the role(s) needed.
The transactions will still be showing in your history, but not in your journal. Get someone to set Junior Accountant for you, then you can actually see what happens in the corp wallet.

I've had the same problem - even when "use corp account" is clicked, the money went into my account - though I could buy with the corp wallet...

Actually the money DOES go in to the corp account. It's just the TRANSACTION shows in your personal account.
At least, that's how it is with me.

Sounds like they may have fixed the bug then - cash just ended up going to my account when I was using it last - though I've had a promotion since then, so it doesn't affect me any more ;)
Only affected me when I had the role of junior accountant - not full accountant.

I've had this problem as Junior accountant and trader in my corp. For me, i can buy with the corp account, but not sell. The money just ends up in my personal wallet.
