I would put my money on Molle or a few of the elite of the NC. I know of several people that were in BoB that had several trillion liquid, although a good number of them quit logging in long ago. I only know of three or four people that were in IT Alliance that had more than two to three trillion liquid isk, but they weren't forthcoming on the assets they held.

which also tends to said alliances downfall as their leaders is buzy pooring isk into their personal accounts like a african despot (neglecting schools and welfare ect)

Just looked to see who the poorest was on there... looks like RAZGR1Z got caught RMTing ahahahahaha  .
edit - why on earth would you turn on your wallet status in eveboard if you got caught?

Well, to be fair, you just quoted the OP, and you ignored what he said in the OP text. 
He specifically asked for the largest wallet.
Sure, if you only consider the thread title (or even just his final line of text), you'd have a point, and I too agree that assets should be included in a valuation of "who is rich"... afterall, I seriously doubt Bill Gates' wealth (by the way, no longer #1 nowadays) is pure bank account value.
its his shares of Microsoft that got him the number 1 slot.

Not a real big surprise when Evolution had always been economically communist, everyone turns over their assets when joining. I think you have been hanging out with Goons too much since your connection to reality has been separated and subsequently propaganda has been accepted as fact.
Collapse was tied to Molle moving to the states and the subsequent drama with leadership wanting to change the status quo of alliance management. The ensuing drama was tied to a power struggle, original corps ready to move on and deep seeded resentment between a handful of old BoB players.
Don't forget T20, exploits, hacking, batphone and all of the other anti-BoB rhetoric. BoB is the best corp in .... etc etc

My wallet contains approximately .0005% of all liquid isk in active EVE accounts.
