Uh, Orca corporate hangars are now scanable. I just took a ridiculous standings hit because of that. thanks CCP.
Anyway now all you smugglers know.

i thought after this patch we could change systems on T3 ships in a pos after this patch was this also misssed out because i cant change systems from a pos.

Well, you can always petition it and ask if it was intentional or accidental.

OP was a bit ambiguous... Is it just customs officials that can scan, or also ship scanners?

Actually the corp hanger being scannable doesn't matter if **** still doesn't drop.

Reckon it does matter if gankers don't know if your stuff is in corp hanger or cargo. Ganked is ganked, stuff not dropping is just a consolation prize.
