Looking to buy a missioning alt for L4's, preferably Caldari, but I am open to other races. Budget isn't really a concern, but I'm not looking for a superstar who can pilot everything under the sun.
Simply looking for something like the following:
Racial BS 4-5
T2 Large guns or missiles
Near perfect-perfect shield or armor tank, racially depending
Solid core skills to fit everything.
Don't really care about anything else, such as standings or extra skills for pvp or indy stuff.
Post here or mail me with what you have.

caldari bs 4
4 days left on cruise missiles 5.
solid missile support skills.
good standings with cnavy, amarr navy, kaalakiota.
can do level 4's for all caldari corps, level 3++ for amarr corps.
cybernetics 5.
only 11-12 days left (out of 16-17) on cruiser 5 incase you decide to take him the tengu route.
i use a navy issue raven and his fitting/shield skills have let me down, although i understand theyre not perfect.
hes got some other skills, but as a first toon he wasnt focused. let me know what you think.

Looks like Jin Xiv sold and Dragons Talon has a lot of unwanted SP(unless you're willing to sell for a lot less than the toon is worth).
Still looking for a L4 missioning alt.

Not BS specced, but HAC and Caldari Subsystem V specced, plus T2 HAM and Heavy Missile Skills, with Brutor Tribe L4 agents unlocked. Tengu's and Cerbs fare well enough in my experience.
