Hello again,
While I'm bumping for the day, I will attempt to address any questions you may have.
No remap's, and recustomization is available through the in-game recustomization tool, so far as I know. Apparently that is working, as of the latest patch.

Next remap is next year sometime, however, a great many skills have the potential to be trained with the current remap.
Rather than be a semi-useful character who can only do a small number of things, I would encourage training to be good in many of them.
Kelanoein is already an excellent Covert Op's pilot, with Archaeology, Hacking, and Probing skills, and partially trained for Loki Subsystems, so why not make him better?
What makes Covert Op's pilots better, you ask?
Simple.
Recon
Logistics
Interdictors
..and you can even train him for Rorqual.
Something to do for the next year anyway.

Character is slated to be biomassed. Just saw my main posted with 8.5 B/O by the guy who payed me 2.5 2 days ago. I've been trying to sell that caharacter for nearly 5 weeks, along with this one, and nobody would give me a half decent bid on either. Now it's being flipped for a 4.5 to 5.5 Billion ISK profit? F that. I'll Biomass this toon, which should easily have gotten me 6.5 Billion, with the skill set and nearly a 3/4 billion ISK in his skull. That one had near 1.5 (or better) Billion in his.
Fine. I'll meet you in game if you want it. I'm not really about to throw away 2.7 Billion ISK, even if you decide to flip for 2-3x later, I know I'll never get that anyway.
