I know what needs to be done, and that it needs to be done at all... I'm just getting tired of when it gets done.
Work a 12 hour shift, come home, hope to get some trading in after downtime before I go to bed, because if I wait, it all get's sucked up later in the day...
Waiting... tired of waiting... 1hr downtime today, 1.5hr downtime tomorrow, extended to 2hr downtime the next day... *sigh*

Hey, 1 standard hour is still 1.5 CCP hours. As they extended the downtime to 2 CCP hours the server should come up in about ten minutes =]

9 am EST, still down, wasted 1.5 hrs that I could have been sleeping...

Relax people, the downtime isn't the end of the world - Grab a beer, watch some TV, or dedicate those few hours to your gf / bf / wife / husband, who must be suffering a lot from you Eve addiction. I know mine is :)

Another that doesn't read all the posts... I have to get 8 hours sleep so I can work another 12 hour shift tonight. The last hour, I could have been trading for an hour before I sleep.
I can NOT go have a beer... some people have to work to pay for things like Eve...
As for this new patch, if that's why the down time is longer, I go to bed, and MISS out on some factories and labs that become available because of the patch... then I'll be really disappointed...

No, patchday is tomorrow. So i dont know what they are now doing ;-) we have to wait, but i hate it too.

Stern you're going to pop a bloodvessel in your head being stressed out like that :) It's just a game, it's not like you've got all that you own tied to some real-life corporate stocks. Get your sleep and do some trading tomorrow.

Concentrate on all those things you should've been doing instead of playing e.g. domestic chores, checking email, nutrition, personal hygiene etc.
I think it's CCP's way of telling us to take a break. Although it sucks if your only time to play is 10-2 GMT.
