The 101st, an established and highly structured corporation that offers solid leadership and organization while still offering individuals the opportunity to advance within the corp, emphasizes teamwork and communication to accomplish both our collective and private goals within EVE.
We expect loyalty to the corps and your fellows, respect for friend and foe alike, and high standards of maturity and behavior. We feel the game is much more enjoyable when surrounded by mature, respectful, pleasant people, as opposed to beggars, liars, or people who are simply jerks. The corporation is founded on military standards of discipline, organization, and respect, and many of our members are or have served in a nationĘs armed forces. We take our rules seriously, though we realize that this is a game, and the whole point is to enjoy yourself.
We are currently recruiting all pilots of all professions, except pirates and baiters. The goal of the 101st is to train, field, and maintain a strong and capable combat force. To that end, we need both miners and industrialists as well as capable combat pilots. We accept both new and experienced characters, and offer to teach those new to Eve about the game. We do stress however that it is more important to us that you are willing to abide by and uphold the rules and standards of the 101st than however many skill points you may have.

---> Those under 5M skill points are automatically referred here to allow for training that will help in expanding your knowledge of EVE without as much risk of encountering the experienced war targets that the 101st fights. (NOTE: Direct acceptance to the 101SMF generally will require the applicant to have 7M or more skill points, but some exceptions can be and are made)
Operations:
-PvP: Anti-Pirate, 0.0 regional defense / roaming gangs
-PvE: Ratting, Wormholes, Mining, Plexing, Anoms
---> We also take a very hands-on approach to PvP training, all the while emphasizing that our pilots become part of a cohesive combat group and further hone their individual skills.
Requirements:

- Mic & Vent
**All Marines and Cadets are required to be logged into Vent when they're online in EVE**
---> Also please be able to speak, write, and read English. We have members from many parts of the world, but English is the language all our members understand.

Some things that will get you thrown out faster then you can blink:
- Begging
- Disrespecting your corp mates and superiors
- Immaturity, such as constant swearing or being really annoying to the general population
- Stealing, pirating, baiting, or other activities we feel are not compatible with our identity as a corporation
- Refusing to follow orders
