I mean, the russians tend to understand my smack in local (as far as I can tell), but it's getting late and i'm tired of using google translate.

Its the same everywhere you go with them russians everyone else talks english but them there the same on every online game only diff on EVE is "maybe" they dont cheat and hack like they do on everything else they play!!

When i was visiting stain a long time ago, i also couldŠnt start conversation(s). After a long thinking of why, i figured out the solution. BOTS DONŠT TALK.

The Russians down in Stain still have a serious cold war attitude to anyone that isn't native.
Granted most of eve is pretty unfriendly, but in other regions folks are just as likely to chat as to kill you.
Here they always have a stick up their ass.
