One simple improvement (in two parts) that I'd like to see with respect to the skill training queue.
Remove "pause".
It does nothing useful. There are only two situations where there's a sensible reason to pause the training queue:
(1) Changing implants / clone jumping / spending stored skill points.
There's no reason to require the user to manually pause - update - unpause. Assuming there's a technical reason why the queue needs to be paused, just do it implicitly on the server, and unpause it as soon as the operation completes.
(2) Changing characters.
This is currently a pain in the butt. You need to log into the character you don't want to play, pause their queue, quickly log out and log into the new character, and then start the new PC's queue running. The game already has access to both queues (or it couldn't warn that the other is running), so replace the pause button with a "make active" button that turns on that character's skill queue and turns off the other one.

This idea has no adverse impact on gameplay, does not decrease the amount you need to 'play' the game, Is usefull and simple to implement.

Unless the hamsters hate it, switching the active training between different characters in an account should be easy to implement withotu breaking anything and would be useful to some players.
So yes, totally +1.

100% support. This issue is so effing obvious, that I can't imagine why it hasn't been implemented since day one.

It was stated in the keynotes from fanfest, that we won't have to pause skill training to plug in new implants anymore, soon.
So maybe clone jumping, beeing able to spend SP into a skill not currently in training and stopping the training of another char on the account without actuall logging in might follow, if possible coding wise.
