What I'm looking for is a char that hasn't been used much, or not at all - so i can be somewhat like the original owner and user. No corp history, and no (or positive) pvp history is a plus.
The only requirement is at least 5 mil skillpoints.
The more I like the char, the more I am ready to pay ;)

Leutenent xxx hasnt been played on since 2009, So hes realitively unknown :) also you can recustomize his portrait. :)

Try that one, 6.8m SP, may be lower sp but hes cheaper and can still fly some real nice ships and has a lot of potential :)

Clean, low-SP, can fly Jump Freighters more than adequately and is a great start to a pilot.

Both toons have been inactive a while and only recently been reactivated. Never been in corps or otherwise used in pvp.

Seems you are the only one who didn't understand that 400m / 1m SP means 400 mil PER 1 MILLION SP
If you still don't get it -
For 1 mil SP char i can pay up to 400m ISK
For 5 mil SP char I can pay up to 2b ISK
For 10mil SP char I can pay up to 4b ISK
and so on... just simple calculation
