Hey, looks like a good character... although the price seems just to high. I went onto EVE Character Appraiser and got a price of 1,746,344,132.74 ISK.
I know that this is way below your offered price. As for the stated price I would think that I could be willing to go to 2b ISK.

Actually, I just ran it through the EVE Character Appraiser and I'm more inclined to believe it - says 14b :3

No rush, I wasn't expecting any sales to actually go through this quickly (:3 hooray!) so hold off on sending the isk; Bud is in stasis for another 23 hours...
