T3 Booster Alt.
I'm looking for a skirmish booster primarily, [Loki] but will consider anything with substantial leadership skills.
Siege Armor leadership skills would be great as well.
Not looking for mining.
Not really looking for command ships, T3 would be optimal.
Logistics would be a big +++ and scan skills would be nice as well. but
(Neither of these are required.)
I'm looking to pick up this char within the next few days.

Well hes got the things your not looking for but
Hes Tengu specced, CS, All fleet boosting skills maxed
2 remaps
