It isn't if you need all the skills. If you need a mid-quality inventor without anyth else - look for 20M SP characters for 3-4B ISK. I'm not in a hurry selling this profitable and useful girl

Just a tip, if you really want the ISK for this char I would train the T3 subsystem skills to 4 and Jury Rigging to 5 - gives you instant T3 ability to reverse-engineer and produce.
I agree with the valuation, because really, who other than us (I have a near 60m SP version of this char) are going to work 30m+ in science skills to do all the wonderful things without having the fail rates of most half-baked builder characters that come up on auction.
