Faction/deadspace fitted Golem will easily clear C4s, but you will need T2 salvagers.
Fit warp core stabalizers and ECCM for the possible baddies, and Expanded Cargo Bays to hold all the loot.

A Golem won't exactly cut the mustard, these are C4's we're talking about.
Try an officer fitted Phoenix, it has a better tank. |

Tengu can do them but it is very very slow solo.
2 man tengu team no problem at all, but you will need deadspace boost amp/booster etc |

Certain heavily skilled and expensive Tengu fits can solo these sites, as can a dual x-large ancillary shield booster machariel (as proven by Keith Planck).
I prefer the cheaper method of running 2-3 toons in a standard C5 remote remote tengu (all passive with shield transporter).
You can also use 2 dps 1 basi but this is slower.

Ahh, this stinks of troll. Anybody w/ half a brain will know torps aren't gonna do crap to cruisers/frigs in there. GL w/ drones.
Officer fitted Phoenix? Lead me there so I may r@pe them visciously target paint for them. |

I found that using two Tengu Characters that have decently good skills worked fine.
High Slots: 5 HMLs 1 Large Shield Transmitter
Medium Slots: 1 Large Shield Extender (Tech 2) 2 Adaptive Invulnerability Fields (Tech 2) 2 EM Ward Amplifiers (Tech 2)
Low Slots: 2 Ballistic Control Units (Tech 2) 1 Damage Control Unit (Tech 2) 1 Power Diagnostic Unit (Tech 2) 1 Capacitor Power Relay (Tech 2)
Rigs: 0-1 Explosive Shield Resist rigs 2-3 Capacitor Control Circuits
Adaptive Shielding, CPU Efficiency Gate, Cap Regen Matrix. Accelerated Ejection Bay, Intercalated Nano
Gets over 1000 tank (I think).
Two of them can tank C4 Anoms. When they target one of the Tengus, have the other one Rep the one that is taking fire.
If one tengu is getting neuted, Turn Off or Stagger the Repairs. Sleepers tend to focus fire.
Also, if you drop a missile in a Jet can, setting both Tengus to orbit the can at 2,500 Meters, helps reduce damage.

I would never troll.
I've seen a Golem performing extremely well in a C3, it only had to warp out once. It also lasted for well over a minute against my Megathron. This implies that it would also be suitable for the OP in C4 sleeper PVE.

Two tengus is probably the best and least complicated way to "solo" C4s.
If you don't want to use tengus this might be an interesting read. http://rnat-postmortem.blogspot.se |

Confirming this works and is a handy setup since it is 1 combat and 1 support character. The Rattlesnake does have a pretty hefty skill set to train to be good with it. And this setup is not by any means fast. The enemy of my enemy is... -ájust another guy that needs killin' |

There is one neat little trick how to do that, I can share it with you if you want! Grab a Golem, here's a working fit for some ideas how to set it up properly and convo me in game when you're ready, I know a good wormhole where we can test things out in peace, ok?

Crazy stuff.. a short range missile boat in a wh that has a -27% to missile velocity, nice kill though. A T2 fit tengu would have suited him better in a C3

A solo tengu fit will only be doing maybe 2 sites an hour, my guess is 1 every 35-45 minutes based on the low damage.
I've never bothered trying it with under 1000 dps in fleet, so I can't give you an exact estimate. |

I used to do it solo in a Tengu and it would take round 40mins to complete. You need to be paying attention though as sleepers RR each other and you need to switch targets as a % x HML tengu will out dps the reps. You also need to keep range so you don't get neuted while spamming dscan. Not a pleasant experience. Minimum of 3 x RR tengu's is what I would recommend, although I am sure there are others who have done it differently, ie faction BS, etc |
