No it is a guildlaunch page. It is open to all visitors, not just members of any individual corporation.

Excuse me ... but seems useless.
Came in expecting i can post a story of what happened today in lowsec ...
... noticed for whatever reason there's no spot for posting it ...
... left disappointed.
You could post your story in the Tavern (general Chat)
I'm putting the site together as I write this. As for the application, that is just so you can become a member of the forum, not of any corporation.

Updated the forum access...most of the areas (General Chat, Tips and Hints, etc) no longer require registering at the site.
You can now read, post and edit freely in those areas. You can not delete a post or create a poll question.
There are two areas reserved for Registered users and Officers (Mods) of the site.
As for this site being a "mirror" of what this section of the EVE forums is, I beg to differ. The Raider's Refuge is not a place for players to QQ about the activities of outlaws, thieves, pirates or mercenaries. The Raider's Refuge is a place for us to go an share stories of our exploits as the "criminal element" in New Eden.
