This player never transferred me any isk, and has photoshopped his official application form.
I have offered repeatedly to get him into GoonWaffe but he continues to refuse my help.

GoonWaffe does not openly recruit. If you paid money in game or transfered assets to somebody in game on the promise that they would get you into GoonWaffe or GoonSwarm in general, you were scammed. Do not complete this registration, you will not get into the alliance, no matter how much the person you just contacted in-game right now about this message assures you that you will.
Goons do people ever learn??

Yeah thats the issue..
My SA account is brand new because I lost my old one so when I authed to the goon forums and applied to the corp I was rejected. So yes... trolling aside I need a sponsor.
As far as the image goes I did not shoop it I edited the html directly. I am very fascinated by that site and how it works and would love see how it works.

I did have many other names but none of which I used to hang out with masa and the gang. I used my other accounts to infiltrate the various furry factions and covertly file abuse reports for anything they did that was even close to a violation of the sl terms of use. I got alot of furrys banned.

I can tell you what a GOON used to be... These days anybody with an SA account is a "goon"... It is a sad state of affairs when you let everybody into the country club and then find that there is no longer any exclusivity. It used to mean something man.
