You fail to realize that a noob ship wandering around you space may be a good things. Current research suggests that noobships could be scout or spies. So if you really want to kill that hauler that the noob ship is scouting for them dont kill the noob ship. instead make him think the system is safe for his crew to jump through. Then when the moment is right blast them all the hell.

The quintessential problem with the noob ship stat mechanics is that if you want to vaguely disguise what you're doing to pad your stats, you have to wait like 9 hours after annihilating an alt before you can build a new one; depending on how many accounts and slots you have available.
It can make it slow going to create a cool pseudo-pirate that is bright yellow  |
