I consider myself to be very poor. And that means ~1.5B isk + X isk assets.
Given that last time I did PvE, which now is like 10 months ago, I made approx 1B isk in one week from bountys on NPCs + loot value (though most loot was donated to corp('no ³berloot back then' - modulated tachyon was best find)).
I sure played alot during that week, but I only have 1 account, and someone doing PvE all the time has some blueprints just popping out copies all the time. So, I'd guess there are ppl with about 70B isk...

There was someone in my last corp that Ill call Uncle Phil, that supposedly had more money than Fountain Alliance put together.
Never know how much he had but I do remember someone saying he had 1m in zyd in his hanger, and he said 1 day someone bought 14 apocs off of him in 1 transaction.

the thing i like bout this game is ISk cant buy u skill points:)...
if u have 5 mill skills BUT 100 bill in the bank... im still gonna take ya down ..
after u have bout 500mill and a few ships, the rest is just eye candy, unless ur gonna spend it all on PVP setups i suppose. but even then, no ammount of uber mods is gonna stop 5 ships from ganking ya.

With 10 setup, you are comparing a two digit binary to decimal number and also stating two possibilities. And everyone knows that you get 4 possibilities with two bit binary.
Better way to put it then:
"There are people who understand binary, and people who do not"
then allocate one bit for the data and state it as either
user.understand_binary=%0
or
user.understand_binary=%1
after this, I'll go home.

Where is this stuff about assigning variables and stuff coming from?
It's a tagline in-joke, since only people who know binary will get it.
Using it doesn't show that he falls into the category of people that don't understand binary.

The initial sig statement is incorrect... it doesnt matter how many variables you assign it to, or which way the moon is facing when you say it... binary "10" never equals 2... Ever..
The joke is that the joke is incorrect... So the person making a statement that there are 10 types of people in the world are saying in normal speech:
"There are 1 types of people in this world, those who understand binary, and those who dont"...

Binary 01 is the same as Binary 1. Leading zeros are not used.
