 Completely maxed out leadership (15.8m SP)
Command Ships 5, Logistics 5, Industrial Command Ships 5
All Cruisers at 5, All Tech 3 Cruiser Skills/Subsystems at 4
Most other support skills at 4 or 5
Capable Dominix Pilot
Can fly Triage Thanatos and is a decent Nyx holder/starter
Flies an Obelisk and is Jump Freighter capable w/ skill
Also has excellent manufacturing and mining skills
3 Jump Clones: One Full +4 w/ Armor Mindlink, One Full +3 w/ Armor Mindlink, One Empty
Current clone +4's without Charisma
Character re-customization is available
Positive Wallet, positive sec status, no kill rights.

He has never really run any missions. He has a single really low level 1 R&D agent. After waiting a bit, I've set the buyout at 16B.
