Im interested in this toon beacause he can fly a hulk. Refining skill at 4 and the mining skills are a bit low. But my offer still open for 1,1 bill.

Sorry but 1,1 bil is very low sum of isk, the character is in no way bad, nor un-usable.
Im in great need of isk right now, therefore any offer above 2 bil will be very welcome and considered heavily unless bigger offers occur.

It's a good PVE character, and worth 1,9 bill among the character appraiser. I say 1,1 bill bcs I only interested in it's industry side what is 3,6 mill SP in your toon, that's worth 900mill.
