only time pirate lvl 5 missions "existed" was on sisi just before CCP released lvl 5's to the public to "farm"
imo i think that pirate mission runners should get access to lvl 5's as well cept in systems of -0.3 you get WAAAY more lp payout than low sec runners.
maybe oneday ccp will seed pirate lvl 5's into the game.

Well if you search on EVEHQ for lvl 5 agents, you can find a bunch of serp/angel level 5 agents and link them in-game but they just dont have any missions to offer.
Really wish we had piewat lvl 5s ):

There have never been any pirate lvl5's. If there were, it would completely tank the value of pirate faction BS's and actually make them cheaper than the inferior navy versions. The reason is LP payout is tied to true sec. The best navy lvl5's only pay around 85k LP but if you put that same agent in -0.3 or so, it'll pay 100k or more.
In any case, evehq and other such websites are very often incorrect. The game has changed a lot over the years and many sites haven't been updated in years. Others, such as evehq pulled stuff from a database years ago which was never actually used in game. The result is it lists ghost items that have never existed and likely never will. Other things which do exist are long outdated, such as agents being moved.
The best tool for finding agents is in game. Open up the info on the faction you are interested, select a corp from it and look at it's available agents. It will tell you where they are, their level and their quality. Anything that isn't listed there does not exist no matter what a third party website says. Thus far you shall read, but no further; for this is my sig. |
