I am looking at getting into selling wormhole locations. I was wanting to know what people are looking for when buying worm holes.

Good idea, this is a hot service that many corps are looking for but few people are providing. Let us know how it goes, okay?

From what I've seen, it tends to vary, some want a high class WH, some want a static High sec entrance, some a static low, and so on.
The best way to do this would probably be to look at the sell orders forum WH selling services and take note of what they offer and why. A brief glance would seem to indicate that perhaps the most important part of selling wormholes is making sure they are empty of corporations or active POS. The reasons for that should probably be obvious.
Other than that it might be a good idea to make a few scanner alts and begin scouting the skies for merchandise, and perhaps cleaning it of inhabitants if its within your capability to do so. Remember that you can only find the WH if you are inside of it, so don't just scan and leave because it probably will be gone by the time you come back.
A quick google search for the terms "eve buy a wormhole" gave me a bit of useful information. Thats probably a good place to start!

C1, C2 and C3 WH's with a static high tend to sell well and are also mostly occupied. Owners generally sell them when they leave or the conquerors do.
LS statics sell, but it's a buyer's market for those. I wish my corp had one of the C5's with a NS static. I've been in one, but not sure if that was really the static though the WH anomaly sig was correct.
Raid'en would be a good person to ask, check his thread for what he has sold.

Raid'en is no longer selling wormholes, but there are a couple other guys/gals who have jumped into his shoes.

That varies greatly. Different ppl approach their w-space efforts differently, so look for different features in their w-systems.
The main features of a w-system are: System class - Great variety in demand, and reasons for wanting. System phenomena - Different system phenomena (or the lack thereof) are attractive to different ppl. PI - A good selection of planets for PI makes a system very attractive to some (me), but mebbe meh to others. Static WHs - Some ppl are after good access to hisec, or other areas of empire space. Some want access to harvest grounds in ajacent w-systems (PvE / PvP). Some don't rely on their statics much and so not fussed.
Good luck with your efforts. There's not a lot of w-system vendors out there ... and I suspect that doing it well requires a lot of work.

C6's = popular with big corps. Likely not going to pay you to find it C5's with static C5's = popular with big corps as well C5's with static C3's = popular with pvp corps, you might get paid for a good one of these C5's with static C4's = worthless C4's = mostly unihabited and worthless. you have to be a hermit to live in this space. C3 = mostly low/null sec exits. Some people will buy these. A few rare hisecs i believe, not sure. C2 = have 2 statics. A static 5 + static c2 could be worth a lot. Static c3 w/ static hi is also usually worth a lot. C1 = no idea why people would live in here other than PI.
after the statics, next to look for is the system 'anomaly'. not many people live in blackholes. wolf rayet is good for armor gangs. cataclysmic is also popular in the upper levels.
then finally look at # of moons and types of planets. PI is a decent income source, but not a huge thing. # of moons affects how many POS have to be setup to effectively take all the 'land' in the hole. if you have 65 moons and a huge system, someone could sneak a POS in on you. If you have 10 and small system, much easier to defend.
