The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive: Malkalen Memorial
Ishukone-Raata Logistical Operations Command Ishukone Corporation Factory Malkalen V - Moon 1
Saisieni New Eden,
The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive will be holding the third memorial of the Malkalen Disaster. On the date of 05.15.110 YC the Gallente Mothership FNS - Wandering Saint set a collision course into the Ishukone Headquarters killing hundreds of thousands, including Ishukone's CEO Otro Gariushi. This event caused the dark unstable political landscape we see today.
We would like to extend a public invitation to all capsuleer's no matter race or political background to meet with neutrality in mind, to pay respect to the Caldari, Amarr, Minmatar, and Gallente who lost their lives.
Event Details:
- Time: 21:00 - Date: 05.15.113 YC - System: Malkalen - Station: Malkalen V - Moon 1 - Ishukone Corporation Factory
Pilots requiring information on the Memorial please contact us at IshuNET, or Private Messaging Systems.
"Long live the spirit of Otro Gariushi, long live the State, and long live Ishukone!"

In memory of Otro Garushi and all those souls lost that day, I will be attending. In hope that Otro Garushi's dream of a strong unified State and the peace with the Federation will one day come true.
Let us come together to remember them and lay down our arms for their memory even just for a day, for the people or even just to remember that even us immortal pilots are vulnerable.
Long live the State, Long live Ishukone!
*salutes the Ishukone Banner*

The events of that day in Malkalen, including the death of Monsieur Gariushi, were a great tragedy. I have nothing but great respect for his achievements, philosophy, and the work done by the corporation that he headed, Ishukone.
It is cruel fate that his death also seemingly marked the death of the liberal faction's efforts at a constructive, enduring peace between the Gallente Federation and the Caldari State. At least for now.
Hopefully both sides will eventually see their way to reengagement. After all, there are far more pressing matters than the ultimately petty disputes between the two... the greatest of which is embodied in Sansha Kuvakei. á How many humans will CONCORD allow Master Kuvakei and his True Slaves to abduct? You baited, so there's going to have be a derailment unfortunately. Can we hold a memorial for the countless civilians that died in the invasion of Caldari Prime then? Exponentially greater mortality rate than Malkalen (one station versus the invasion of an entire planet, after all), and the State doesn't even have the dignity to release the final body count. ------------ Lum Gen Seriphyn Inhonores FDU Commanding Officer, Eleutherian Guard |

Thank you for calling Monsieur Mokk out on this point. It is regrettable, however, that the events subsequent to Malkalen have involved the loss of life on both sides. Inflexible hotheads now prevail in the leadership of each... including yourself.

Why is everyone railing against Mr. Mokk? He's Khanid, and a loyalist to his Kingdom. The Khanid Kingdom loves the Caldari State...so it makes sense the Kingdom and her loyalists would respect the Caldari and pay homage to their dead. Remember, the Caldari helped the Khanid form their own independent sovereign state. ------------------- The path which can be seen is not the True Path |

That our allies in the State responded immediately, decisively, and with overwhelming retaliatory force against the Gallente speaks to their convictions and abilities as a people. If the Federation was unprepared to be humbled so publicly then it would do well to not pick fight with it's neighbors in the State...who have no compunctions about responding decisively and effectively when attacked, unprovoked.

Mr. Ixiris due to this being a memorial event in memory of all lives lost that day from the Caldari and Gallente to the few Amarr and Minmatar present. Barring a certain party would be bad form. Security measures are in place at the memorial and will also be extended, should guests have problem with laying down arms and remembering the fallen they will be escorted out of the facilities the day will be for the poor souls.
Mr. TomHorn thank you for your kind words I do hope that you will be able to free up time in the end.

You want to talk about dignity?
At least State loyalists have the common decency to honour their dead with a memorial.
I don't see the Federation doing the same. All I've seen since events unfolded are people with plastic ranks dished out by the Federal Defence Union crowing over the fact no one has organised a memorial in honour of those who died on Caldari Prime in the early stages of the war.
A war might I add, even though it pains me given my pure Gallente blood, that the Federation started.
It wasn't just a man who died, or several hundred thousand innocent people. It was an idea that died, a progressive movement that was to take the State forward.
It was the beginning of something great that could have changed the face of the cluster as we know it that burned in the fires of Malkalen.
Yet still all you can do is point fingers and try to shift the blame. It makes me ashamed to have been a Federal Serviceman for so long.

Ok, so my knowledge of Amarr-Khanid history is lacking. Even so, my other points still stand. These days, the Khanid and Caldari enjoy positive relationships, both diplomatically and economically. Hence, I see no reason why a Khanid paying respects to Caldari dead is in any way some vile political move with ulterior motives. ------------------- The path which can be seen is not the True Path |

There has been a recent falling out between the hosts of this event, IRED, and the entirety of the Amarr-bloc, hence the friction you have seen.
As there has been some talk about a derailed liberalization or peace movement in the State prior to the Nyx incident, I would say that we honor -all- State citizens who died on that fateful day, regardless of which State faction / Megacorps they supported (Liberal or Patriot, etc).
In the Kingdom we generally do not involve ourselves with internal Caldai politics and as such have no opinions regarding which direction the State was or was not headed internally. How State leaders choose to run their nation is entirely their own domain, provided we maintain friendly relations.

Yet again you show execrable ignorance of historical fact. That economic stimulus agreement was made more than a year before the economic disaster caused by the State's crippling overconfidence in their occupation of Federation territory. It's quite clear that Heth squandered the funds you gave him, and that your investment didn't help the State's economy one bit when it needed it.
Then again, this is perfectly congruent with the value of any other help an Imperialist has given over the years. ----- Andreus Ixiris CEO, Mixed Metaphor

Ishukone-Raata may be organizing this Memorial, but we are doing so by ignoring standings and political ideologies.. No-one will be barred from this event, this is not about us it is about honoring the spirits of who have passed on from this life on this horrific day.

Today is a sad day, the Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive has betrayed the trust of the Caldari state and dishonoured the memory of those lost in the Malkalen Massacre. Was the memorial service they so proudly hosted for the victims even sincere or were they simply testing the waters for their impending prostitution to the Gallente militia? No, prostitution implies dignity and an even transaction - Ishuraata are mere Gallente pets.
Today Ishuraata has taken up arms against their fellow Caldari in service to their Gallente masters. John Revenant is peddling his alliance as support (mere support, perhapse because even the Gallente see just how pathetic these traitors are) to the Gallente in their fight against the Caldari militia. The question I pose is just how low is John Revenants self esteem? Low enough to only declare war on a single Caldari corporation? Perhapse if they grew some proverbial manhood they could garner the meanest shred of respect rather than simply dishonouring those that came before them. Declare your treacherous war and hide behind your Gallente masters or get out of this true Caldari space.
