Look no further, IĘve been with these guys for a year and prior I was in 0.0 sov. Space & NPC space. All I can tell you guys is, these guys are the best. Based in empire, no more 80 jump roams, trade hub prices, an average of 30,000+ war targets (yes they dec. 10-20 Alliances) per week, no mining (unless your mad), No ratting, make money how you like (without putting the Alliances name in disrepute). TS3 chat is friendly, an average of 30-90 pilots on comms 90% of uptime, fly what you want but donĘt get a bad reputation for loosing bling.
Generally laid back bunch of pilots that help out, Pvp, station camps, gate camps, lowsec, 0.0 incursions, hunting mission hores, POS bashing (take downs), empire pipe roams, recon, logistics, wormhole days out, tactics, knowledge, fits, generally you will have no problem finding something, multi timezoneą. A year on an I love it cos it slots in with real life and still remains fun, fun, funą
