I come from chinese eve server. Compared with other two kinds of gun,the damage of railgun is generally too low in chinese server.I want to know if it is the same situation in here?

Yeah railguns are terrible here as well.

Try them on the Mega Navy version, shield fitted and 4 faction mfs+2 faction TE's (+ it's useless, even the 4th gives you tiny +) faction AM. The only version that spits something that looks to me like DPS, even the vindicator can get red looking at those numbers.
But still, same conf the other 2 do better.

Railguns suck on Tranquility too
I personally just cross trained minmatar and never looked back.

It's a disinformation trick by CCP and the US. By making out railguns to be lousy weapons in Eve, the US Navy hopes to catch the next generation of Chinese sailors by surprise when the US finally gets its railgun into production.
I really hate budgets that are based on 'spend it all or get your budget cut.' It makes for some really odd purchases/projects at the end of the fiscal year.
