the ded stuff on there is dirt cheap (under 3m at most)
why
fits full rack of 8 nuets and 2 cap boosters and all the reses are cap free (dc2 only uses 1 cap) so you only have to worry about the nuets for cap boosters

Tempest. 2 heavy neuts. Can shield or armor tank. Doesn't lose any DPS to fit neuts. It is the best 'combat' battleship that fits neuts between its speed and tanking versatility.
If you want to neut a huge amount of cap, say you're trying to neut out a capital ship, the abaddon is probably best. Rohk maybe if you need it to come in a shield flavor.

Domi is best, and there are some setups here - it used to be THE go to ship for low sec pirating for a BB. Typhoon and Geddon can also work - but they really need some of the dps from their guns to be effective.
of course, as you know, the best neut BB is faction.

Well each heavy neut (m4 or t2) is -25 cap per second, (-600 with a 24 second duration) and remember a a full flight of praetor ev-900s should add another -21 cap per second (each one is -25 cap with a 6 second duration) so -12.5 cap a second with a 75m3 drone bay and praetors or -8.3 cap a second with infiltrators.
So with that in mind in theory the domi can do 6x25 or -150 cap a second and do damage or -171 using it's drone bay.
The geddon or typhoon could fit 7x25 or -175 and still add a full flight of praetors to -196 cap a second.
The apoc could do 8x25 or -200 cap and add 3 praetors for -213 cap a second.
Clearly this makes the apoc the most in sheer numbers of what is possible, but I still think the domi is a better choice overall, as it doesn't need to gimp it's fit to do cap warfare, and can easily switch from neut drones to ECM or damage depending on the needs of the situation. The problem with fitting things like a neut apoc or geddon is that is all it will be able to do, and fitting a typhoon may be really tight on power grid and if you go neut drones your damage and ECM drones have to be small to fit.
Just my thoughts on it, take it as you will.

If you want some DPS to back up the neuting then the Domi since you'll still have 5 bonused sentries or heavies.
