What is the average response time from Concorde if I try to solo-gank someone in an asteroid belt in high?

One artillery volley. Possibly two in .6 or lower.

Thanks. I'm wondering how many HAM volleys I can get off of a Drake before I get pounded... Must be a couple if you can only get out 1 artillery volley, right?

Again it depends on the sec status. In 0.9 and 1.0 systems, CONCORD's response time is almost instant. Below that it falls off accordingly. Try experiment a bit in a Caracal. It will cost you nothing other than sec status to get a feel for what works best.

Try 10-15 seconds if you get lucky in 0.5
Sometimes they really need their time.
Better idea to ask ppl in game about this,
when you see them. they have experience.
Easy to spot ... ppl who sit at gates, waiting. ^^

And a drake is doing it worng. Dps/time/cost makes it the wrong ship for the job

I know for a fact:
0.6 9-12 seconds
0.7 6-9 seconds
those are the only sectors ive ganked in.

Can be close to 20sec in a .5. I may be wrong but I believe your sec status plays a small role. I seem to get responses much quicker when my sec status is lower vs when Ive worked it up a little.
And for .5-.6, DPS > Volly unless you can 1 volley the target. .7-1.0 volley >>> dps.
