1.can fly small and medium pvp ship well

amarr bs 4
and has cal/gal and amarr cruiser lvl 5.

It has amarr battleship in 4 and caldari battleship in 5. It has 2.2 mil unalocated skillpoints , I think you could invest them into something. ( the only problem is that you have to choose between large energy turret or amarr battleship ) it also has a +5 implant set.
