Just petition it and CCP will do what they can to revert any damage a hacker did to your account.
The security of your account is your responsibility - only yours. YOU allowed someone to hack your account.

Standard issue horse's ass response. I'm sure nobody ALLOWS their account to get hacked. They should just be more careful with where they browse/surf.

I petitioned it they gave me a f#$k you we dont care
a. Illegally obtains items from another through use of an exploit or cheat method.
You may not obtain, attempt to obtain, use or attempt to use the password of anyone else
e. Obtaining unauthorized access to another's EVE Online account or account information
I can however guarantee that players that log into other player's account and steal their assets are rewarded with a long vacation from EVE
there not even upholding there own rules
