We currently live in this WH and will be moving out to a C5 soon and will no longer be needing this one.
You can either buy the WH location or optionally we can also sell the POS and the Archon with it as well.
Anywho: WH alone: 500mil
WH+Archon and POS (includes guns and arrays): 1.7billion
If you'd like to go through a 3rd party, I'd be happy to as well. As long as it's mutually agreed upon.

Ah forgot about those. It's a large amarr control tower.
Includes:
1X Corp Hangar Array
1X Ship Assembly Array
1X of each dampening array type
2X energy neutralizing batteries
8X Medium Beam Laser Batteries
4X Medium Pulse Laser Batteries
1X Phase Inversion Battery
14x Small Pulse Laser Batteries
1X Spatial Destabilization Battery
1X Stasis Webification Battery
4X Warp Disruption Batteries
Fuel is about 10 days for each type left.

So I crappy pos with a **** fit, no full PI pos fuel within the system and crippled solo tanking capacity? You might just wanna downsize the price for the whole thing a few hundred mil (and the WH alone price is a pipe dream,300 optimal, 400 if you manage to find someone that into waiting for a gang to form up)

Firstly no one is making you buy the POS. We're taking most of the stuff with us and leaving whatever's left in case anyone wants it. So get over yourself and look for something else if you don't like it. The archon alone is worth over 800mil, not to mention everything that's fitted onto it adds another couple hundred million. The POS and other parts also add up to more than 400mil as well.

For the POS i will be throwing in a few assembly arrays if you want them.
For a extra 100mil you will get
1x Component Assembly Array
1x Equipment Assembly Array
1x Medium Ship Assembly Array
1x Small Ship Assembly Array
1x Subsystem Assembly Array
If you would like this extra stuff let fermie know.
Extra Arrays if you want them will cost 100mil
making the total 1.8bil
