Is there a way I can display my characters information on my own website via XML feed or something?
I noticed in my character info on the website here there is a message that reads "XML DATA (back shortly)"
I am wondering if that is what that is for, if it is , is it completely non functional right now, and does anyone know when it might be available again?

Its pretty much non-functional right at this moment and as the msg goes "it
will be back shortly". 
As for using the XML data just parse it and display it anyway you like, whip up a bit of code in your language of choice which should put you well on your way.

Use the Character Manager, Linkage
It'll export some nice little HTML files for you based on the character XML data. May not be exactly the information you want, but I bet it'll do the job well enough.

I'm working on an complete xml-parser for the charactersheet.
The idea is that you download the xml file (when it is availible) and upload the xml file to an webserver. The xml parser genereates a similair page like the ccp charcter sheet from that xml page. I will post an link where you can download the complete set of pages as soon as the xml export is back, and the last bugs have been removed.

Well, the XML data is available somehow, since the Character Manager is working again. Read the sticky. Where it is exactly, I don't know. But you could try emailing the coder of the Character Manager.
