A deal has been made for this character. Terms are as follows:
Total price: 38B
Buyer will be paying a 1B nonrefundable deposit that will count towards the price of the character.
Buyer will have 2 months to come up with the other 37B.
In the meantime, buyer will be able to choose what skills they want trained as long as they are not skills that devalue the character (aka combat skills or leadership skills).
This character will not be sold to anyone else, even if a higher offer is made.
These terms will go into affect as soon as the 1B deposit is received from the buyer.

My alt of "Mazie Dilerious" is ready to send ISK now instead of 2 months from now. 38b is the amount.
She is currently unable to post for about 70 hours due to being a fresh face paid alt in EVE. I'm speaking for her (same person - different account).

Why is your alt sending the isk and not YOU.
I would avoid sounds like RMT to me.
RMT being real market trading ofc, bought isk.
Otherwise you would be sending it from your main rather than a noob alt.

Ok. If Khamal wishes, I'll send it, but the transfer will still be to my Mazie Dilerious account regardless. No rules preventing it. If preferred, I can just have Mazie "give money" back to where "she" got it from, which was from this account (Venge). As stated, same person - different account.
I'll do it however Khamal wishes. Sheesh! What's the big deal as long as Khamal gets the ISK and I get the character.
I may want to train the new purchased character. I, therefore, setup Mazie as a noob to receive a paid account so that I won't have to stop the training in either of my other 2 paid accounts when a new character is purchased. Since Mazie is a pure noob with virtually no training, I can receive a better character into that account without as much sacrificing of training in my 2 more skilled accounts. Of course, I may still train Mazie instead if the new purchased character doesn't need any immediate skills, and it appears Khamal doesn't.
Clear now? Anymore questions? Khamal will probably sell to the other guy anyway, which will make it all a moot point.

The point is if you send him bought isk, your fkn him over simple.

Can't you see it's the same person with two separate paid alt account? No "bought" ISK. OMG. This is nuts.
Khamal, let me know what you want to do. You'll get the ISK before I get the character regardless. If anyone is risking getting screwed it is me, but I doubt Khamal would do that.
It is common when a person has multiple paid accounts for ISK to be "given" (transferred) to one or the other character to make purchases. I do it with each of my paid accounts. My Mazie toon has some ISK, and my separate paid-alt Venge toon gave her enough to make the purchase. My Venge toon tends to be the richest of my paid accounts since it is the one most used.
There is no rule-breaking going on and absolutely no ISK selling or buying. The ISK was obtained EVE-legally.

All I care about is received isk and acct name so I can do a transfer. Activating a new acct is nothing special.
Once both are received, I'll begin the transfer. Please make sure you transfer the isk and send the acct name from the character to avoid confusion.
