My corp is moving out of your WH. So we want to sell it.

So the advantages are:
- less guys who are travel through the WH ( less danger for you)
- you have 24/7/365 access to 0.0 systems for ganking with your friends/corpmates who are in the WH too
Furthermore you can enjoy the advantages (and of course the disadvantages) of the pulsar system.
+ your cap recharge is faster (easier capstable --> more slots for tank oder damage)
+ you have a larger shield buffer (+55% ; easier to passiv tank )
+ larger look range (+55% , less important)
- larger sig radius (+55%)
- all armor resistances are reduced (shield tanking is necessary)
but of course you can use this downsides against guys who think they can gank you. If they don't know the effects of the WH and are armortanked they will die^^
3 POCO's are transferable
Price: 300m + 300m for the 3 POCOs
a small bonus are the 2 offline tower in this system with some weapons and batterys that can be unanchored if the POS's are destroyed.
Third Party Services :
Third party services accepted at the charge of the buyer, else I take 50% of the price first, then give you the entry point and wait for a short check before accept the remaining 50%.

You can allways get the bookmark of the 0.0 system. If you want a low/highsec entrance you have to wait until there is one.
