Back story -
A corporation in the alliance recruits a "Trusted" pilot. "Trusted" pilot starts to stir up trouble. "Trusted" pilot has a father that runs another alliance in high sec. That alliance has war dec'd us and is trying to bilk 500mil out of us to possibly drop the war dec.
Problem is though that we don't live in high sec like the rest of his targets. Sure, high sec war decs are his thing, but that doesn't work too well against a low/nul sec alliance. While yes we do have HQ in high sec, we just use that place to store our dead hookers.
I tried explaining it to their CEO that this war dec is really not in their best interests. Of course he didn't listen and was a bit of an ass about the whole thing.
So in the end, I'd usually just ignore ass-clowns like this, but this whole situation has really raised my ire and I wouldn't mind paying someone to make their lives hell for at least a week.

Now personally if I wanted to hire mercs, I would not give a whole back story: just the type of job, name of the target, and how much it is worth. After all it is not the merc's job to judge your morality any more than it is a lawyer's.

That doesnt solve anything that just puts it off. Kinda like when I meet some1 at the bar and I dont like them its like I know theres gonna be trouble later when everyones drunk so I just smile and nail em dead in the nose and get it over with.
