Jezz, the short answer is no.
However due to the lifestyle we live, and the requirements the alliance places upon the corporation there are certian levels of pilot competency that are going to make your life alot easier... I would strongly urge you to contact one of us in game to discuss the kind of things you can expect to be doing on a day to day basis and the types of ships you're going to need to fly, and the type of ships you're going to want to fly to make your life easier.
