The big problem this mod has is that there is a faction equivalent that is basically the same:
Domination Warp Disruptor costs 150-200mil and has 30km range aswell.
The only advantage this disruptor has is the -2 Warp Strength instead of -1. But this still does not make it work like a scrambler but it negates one more Warp Core Stab (lol).
I mean, of course this is a rare module, but it plain sucks, because you can only fit it to Supers. Any sane person would buy a Domination Disruptor and use the 1.3bil difference for something else...
