Seyveaux Cheval is a roughly 2 months from perfect nyx - all support has been trained and only FB has to be finished up.
Highlights:
 Gallente Carrier V
Currently training Fighter Bombers IV; has T2 heavies/sentries, perfect drone supports
Perfect armor comps
Perfect nyx nav tree (Evasive Maneuvering V, JDC/JFC V), Cap Ships IV
Projected ECM, capital energy/shield/armor xfers all trained
Cybernetics V
Also has some extras: perfect scanner (all V's), flies a nice anshar/sin (JPG IV) and, of course, perfect Gallente subcaps. In addition, this character has some history; it was mynxee's alt for 4 years, give or take.
+4 clone, positive sec status, no kill rights, positive standings to a bunch of Empire factions you won't care about because you'll be in a nyx.
Please do not lowball  I'm auctioning early but will have no problem keeping her training for the last couple of months if need be.

No argument there. Good thing you'll be in a nyx and those skills will be just as useless as every other
