Last night a CVA anti-terrorist patrol ran into a terrorist fleet in Onga.
For once the Minmatar were victorious. The Amarrians suceeded in destroying a cruiser and two battleships. However they lost two battleships and two frigates and had to leave the battleground in terrorist hands.
The Amarrian commander successfuly extracted the remnants of the fleet and brought it back to Amarr.
The terrorists emboldened with their success persued the CVA forces to Amarr. 17 known terrorists jumped into our beloved home system. The Amarr commander gathered local CVA forces at Expert and resolved to fight though outnumbered.
Sensing an advantage the terrorists attacked the CVA forces gathering outside Expert. However in this instance the stalwart Amarrians were victorious. The Minmatar were driven off with the loss of two battleships and numerous cruisers.
The following footage was captured during these two engagements. It is not a complete picture as the second half of the first engagement and the start of the second engagement were not recorded.

Very nice fun fights even if I was sensor damped to hell

Not sensing an advantage but more Minmatar Valour we warped in with just 4 battleships facing a better balanced enemy fleet.

As always the parties wait and wait and know their enemy positions it is always a twist thinking who has the nerves of warping towards the enemy and suffer the first lag.

Great fights, excellent stuff there :D only 2 things:
1. I think you massively outnumbered us in Amarr, I kept seeing more and more BS's from you warp in and we only had 4 to begin with. If you did not outnumber us in total ships, you at least outnumbered us in BS's by a healthy margin :D
2. I led those fleets last night and in Amarr we were amassed at a gate when one of your scouts warped in. This led me to belive that you knew our exact numbers, ships and ranges from gate, which clearly gave you a massive advantage. Warping in to you was in my oppinion the only way to keep the initative :D
But no matter the results, the fight was between warriors, and like warriors we all fought. Untill next time ;)

For a short while there, I thought that my tank was going to cope with the combined firepower of the whole Minnie fleet, but it wasn't to be  . Oh well, my insurance only had a day left, anyway  .
