Uses about 50% of the cap that the Dread uses to, that's what the extra 3bill comes from.

I believe your unhappyness comes from the fact that you are comparing a good XL booster to the *best* XL booster. Sure, the booster is only 72hp more, but it uses HALF the cap. That is huge...beyond huge even. Please stop comparing the two and let the market dictate a fair value for the item.
